Đăng ký mã số – Mã vạch sản phẩm hàng hóa

Theo Nghị định số 74/2018/NĐ-CP ngày 15 tháng 5 năm 2018 của Chính phủ.

Hồ sơ đăng ký bao gồm:

a. Đơn đăng ký sử dụng Mã số mã vạch (01 bản)

b. Bản sao “Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký kinh doanh” đối với các doanh nghiệp sản xuất kinh doanh thương mại hoặc “Quyết định thành lập” đối với các tổ chức khác (01 bản sao y công chứng)

c. Bảng đăng ký danh mục sản phẩm sử dụng mã GTIN (01 bản)
